Expands to 18 Premier Golf Courses

Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser recently announced the addition of three top courses to Louisiana’s Audubon Golf Trail, bringing the total to 18. The trio includes LaTour Golf Club along Bayou Lafourche in Mathews; Oak Knoll Country Club in Hammond; and Koasati Pines Golf Club at Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder. Trail members undergo a rigorous screening process to ensure first-class courses with high standards of customer service and top-quality maintenance.

LaTour Golf Club – Mathews, LA
LaTour Golf Club is located deep in the heart of bayou country, nestled along the banks of beautiful Bayou Lafourche. LaTour features an 18-hole par 72 golf course designed by PGA TOUR Champion David Toms. The 7,232-yard championship layout sits on 597 acres of beautiful rolling grasslands with immaculate greens, abundant water hazards, pure white bunkers, 75 acres of native grasses and is a challenge and delight for every golfer.

Koasati Pines Golf Club – Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, LA
Koasati Pines at Coushatta is currently ranked the #4 golf course on the 2019-2020 list of Golf Digest® “Best In State” golf courses for Louisiana – golf’s most prestigious list of best places to play – moving up one notch from last year’s ranking. This 7,614-yard monster course was designed by architect Kevin Tucker and is the longest in the Bayou State.
